Agreed they changed GPS for your soul since I first looked at it. I don’t see the HRV part anymore. Check out the app “Stressed Out” There’s a stress measurement and then a relaxation part. Easy to use.

Just read about another way to start this practice. Instead of a real person, you can start with something imaginary like a kitten or a puppy that is easy for you to feel compassion for. I just read about it in this month’s Lion’s Roar magazine (the new name for the Shambahala Sun). I share more in the webinar this week.

This is a meaty topic. Which of these do you need to start paying attention to? Personally, I want to pay attention to when I say or think that I “should” do something.
