How does the class run?

Click on LESSONS and off you go. The class was designed for you to complete a module each week for a total of 12 weeks. Take a moment at the end of each lesson and share your thoughts and comments in Join The Conversation. Your brain needs time for the content to sink in and it takes time to practice the Inner Resources and make them your own. You can go at your own pace, faster or slower as you need. You have access to the course, including all the lessons and the community forums for 6 months and you can always join another class at an alumni rate.

How do I get the most out of this class?

Bring it people—commit. Set aside time two to three times a week to do the exercises and post comments to the discussion. Nobody is perfect, but it's important to give it your best shot. This is a community of people who want recover and who want to share ideas and resources. The more you commit to doing the lessons and sharing, the more you’re going to get out of this experience. Promise.
